The International Donor Recruitment department forms the central interface between all Donor Recruitment teams of all DKMS entities within the DKMS family, promotes the transfer of knowledge and creates synergies.
For our team based in Cologne or Tübingen we are looking for an
International Trainer & Project Manager Donor Recruitment (m/f/d) (full time / permanent)
YOUR TASKS:
• Contribute to the design and content development of training modules on relevant Donor Recruitment topics, creating training plans in collaboration with all relevant interfaces and stakeholders
• Plan, coordinate, prepare and deliver training sessions for internal and external stakeholders of international DKMS entities
• Evaluate training sessions and prepare reports on the results
• Ensure regular exchange with other international trainers from other departments and recognize possible areas of potential that need to be developed
• Receive international requests from patients, initiative groups, companies and organizations, identify opportunities and prepare appropriate responses with the involvement of relevant stakeholders
• Take responsibility for the implementation of newly developed projects, ideas or programs within Donor Recruitment, including regular analysis of efficiency and effectiveness as well as for the achievement of set milestones
• Organize and prepare international Donor Recruitment workshops, including presentations
• Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, traveling to a DKMS international entity as needed and independantly taking on necessary training, actively supporting the maintance of structure within the department and cooperation between relevant interfaces
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
• Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in international business, event management or health economics
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in non-profit organizations and with an international focus
• Very good knowledge of project management
• Good knowledge of processes in the healthcare sector
• Advanced English skills and good knowledge of another foreign language
• Very good knowledge of databases/ DKMSOne/ Salesforce
• Highly developed intercultural competence and good interpersonal skills
• Very good oral and written communication
• Distinctive team-oriented work and strong organizational skills
• Good analytical and systemic approach
• High level of conscientiousness and reliability
• High willingness to travel
